2. Issue Documentation & Manufacturer Contact

Once diagnosed, we take over communication.

  • A full technical report is created
  • We contact the original manufacturer or supplier on your behalf
  • We request the correct parts based on verified findings

You don’t deal with factories, overseas vendors, or technical back-and-forth — we do.

3. Alternative Parts Sourcing (If Support Has Ended)

If the original supplier no longer supports your model:

  • Our sourcing managers activate our global parts network
  • Compatible or equivalent components are professionally sourced
  • All parts are reviewed for fit, safety, and performance

4. Precision Repair & Final Testing

After parts are secured:

Diagnostic Components & Testing

  • Temporary or test components may be used solely for diagnostic purposes.
  • These components are not permanently installed unless explicitly approved and invoiced.
  • Diagnostic use does not guarantee that replacement parts will be available.

Manufacturer & Supplier Limitations

  • Floridian Brand is not the original manufacturer of third-party massage chairs unless otherwise stated.
  • We cannot guarantee manufacturer cooperation, response time, or part availability.
  • Some models may be discontinued, unsupported, or restricted by the original supplier.

Alternative Parts Sourcing

  • When original parts are unavailable, Floridian Brand may source compatible or equivalent components through trusted suppliers.
  • Equivalent parts are selected based on functionality and fit, not cosmetic appearance.
  • Sourced components may differ in brand, origin, or design from the original manufacturer parts.

No Guarantee of Repair Outcome

  • Diagnosis and repair services are performed using professional judgment and industry best practices.
  • Not all products are repairable, even after troubleshooting and parts sourcing efforts.
  • Diagnostic or sourcing fees do not guarantee successful repair or full restoration.

Warranty, Liability Limitations & Client Authorization

  • Repairs performed on non-Floridian Brand products do not reinstate or extend original manufacturer warranties.
  • Floridian Brand is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, prior modifications, or undocumented internal damage.
  • Liability is limited to the scope of services performed and invoiced.
  • By scheduling service, the client authorizes Floridian Brand and its technicians to perform diagnostics, testing, manufacturer contact, and parts sourcing efforts on their behalf.
  • Service authorization confirms acceptance of these disclosures.
