Warranty Limitations & Remedies
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of covered components, at the sole discretion of Floridian Brand, and applies only when the product is used under normal operating conditions in accordance with its intended purpose.
Limitations of Coverage
This Limited Warranty does not cover the following circumstances:
- Normal Wear and Tear
Normal wear and tear of any moving or mechanical components—including but not limited to rollers, motors, airbags, tracks, belts, upholstery, leather, fabric, padding, and cosmetic finishes—is not covered under this warranty. Wear that occurs through regular use over time is considered expected and does not constitute a defect in materials or workmanship. - Outside Troubleshooting Determination
If, after outside troubleshooting, inspection, or diagnostic evaluation, the issue is determined to be the result of normal wear and tear, routine use, or aging of components, such findings will not be considered a defect in materials or moving components and will not be eligible for warranty coverage. - Non-Defective Components
Components found to be fully functional or operating within manufacturer specifications after troubleshooting are not eligible for warranty replacement or repair. - Improper Use or Environmental Factors
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, power surges, liquid exposure, excessive weight, or environmental conditions (including humidity, heat, or salt air exposure) is not covered. - Third-Party or Non-Authorized Service
Any service, repair, modification, or part replacement performed by individuals or companies not authorized by Floridian Brand may void coverage for the affected components.
*Determinations made by Floridian Brand or its authorized service partners regarding normal wear and tear or non-defective conditions are final for warranty eligibility purposes.
Warranty Remedies
Floridian Brand’s obligation under this warranty is limited, at its discretion, to the repair or replacement of any component determined to be defective during the applicable warranty period.
If a covered issue cannot be reasonably repaired after appropriate service efforts, Floridian Brand may, at its option, provide a replacement product of equal or comparable value, which shall fulfill and conclude Floridian Brand’s warranty obligations.
All warranty service must be authorized and performed by Floridian Brand or an approved service provider. Unauthorized service or modifications may void coverage.
Commercial Limited Warranty Policy
Products used in commercial, business, rental, institutional, or public settings are subject to Floridian Brand’s Commercial Limited Warranty Policy, which differs from residential warranty coverage.
Under the Commercial Limited Warranty Policy:
- Coverage terms, duration, and scope may vary from residential warranties
- Increased usage, frequency, and environmental exposure are not covered under residential warranty terms
- Warranty coverage applies only as expressly outlined in the commercial warranty agreement provided at the time of purchase
Commercial warranty coverage is limited to the terms specified in the applicable commercial agreement and does not include protections outside those stated terms.
Customers using products in commercial environments are responsible for ensuring proper warranty registration under the Commercial Limited Warranty Policy.
Additional Terms
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and the originally registered installation location and is not transferable unless otherwise stated in writing. Warranty coverage does not extend or renew as a result of repair or replacement unless expressly specified by Floridian Brand.
