Floridian Brand offers two delivery methods: Drop Shipping and White-Glove Delivery.
With drop shipping, your massage chair will be shipped directly to your curbside or doorstep. This option does not include in-home placement, setup, or packaging removal. It’s a good option if you prefer handling installation yourself or have local assistance available.
White-Glove Delivery includes in-home placement, setup, packaging removal, and a final inspection by our trained team. They’ll also give you a basic tutorial on how to operate your chair. This is the most convenient option for most customers.
White-Glove Delivery is an additional service and is not included with every order. The fee ranges from $350 to $700, depending on your location. Our team will confirm the exact charge before scheduling your delivery.
