It is our sincere desire for you to have a completely satisfying shopping experience on floridianbrandmassagechairs.com. We have made every effort to match your purchase with your needs. Depending on the type of product, please do not be surprised if it takes a few days for your body to adjust to its use.

floridianbrandmassagechairs.com is not responsible for any agreements, verbal or written unless such agreement appears on this order. Only after this order is approved and accepted, shall this document become binding.

RETURN POLICY:

All returns must be initiated through floridianbrandmassagechairs.com.
Items must be shipped in their original packaging.

  • Additional fees may apply if the product is not received in its original packaging.
  • Once a return is processed and accepted by the manufacturer or floridianbrandmassagechairs.com, a credit will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the card used for payment.
  • All products must be returned in as-new condition with no detectable damage. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including initially included shipping charges.
  • The customer will be responsible for any damages to the product, and the amount will be determined by the manufacturer or floridianbrandmassagechairs.com.
  • If a product is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • Open Box products are sold "as is," and all sales are final.
  • Products purchased via financing are not eligible for a return.

RETURN PROCESS:

  • The customer must initiate their claim within 14 days of product delivery by completing our "Contact Us" form or calling customer service at 813-647-1729.
  • Once approved for the return, the customer will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and RMA number.
  • Products must be packed for return in the original box with original packaging material.
  • The customer has 7 days from the issuance of the RMA to return the product.
  • Credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned product. Incomplete product returns will receive partial credit at the discretion of floridianbrandmassagechairs.com and the manufacturer. Most chairs are not assessed a restocking fee; however, floridianbrandmassagechairs.com reserves the right to charge a fee ranging from 0-30% depending on the make and model of the chair.

NEED A RETURN PICKUP?

  • Returns within 14 days after delivery are accepted but will incur a 20% restocking fee and round-trip shipping fee, and must include all original packages. For "discontinued model," returns cannot be accepted. However, we do offer repair or an exchange for another product. Please complete our "Contact Us" form or call 813-647-1729 to notify us of your intent.
  • Returns after 14 days cannot be accepted. "I authorize floridianbrandmassagechairs.com to charge my credit card for the amount above." Please note, that shipments are scheduled in advance, in coordination with our warehouses.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Most chairs ship the next day. If you choose to cancel your order after your massage chair has shipped, you will be liable for any shipping charges plus a 3% credit card processing fee.

EXCHANGES:

  • Similar to our return policy, customers have 14 days to exchange their product for another product. The customer is responsible for shipping fees and white glove delivery fees. If a product is defective, we will exchange it for the same product with no additional costs. Once an exchange has taken place on a non-defective product, it cannot be returned.

DAMAGES:

  • Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your items do arrive damaged, please take photos, and email them to us, and we will process a claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items that come into contact with the bare skin are not returnable for hygiene reasons. This generally includes pillows, linens, bed wedges, mattress toppers, mattress and pillow protectors, hot and cold packs, and braces.
  • Standard orders on large products are returnable if they are ordered in black, grey, or brown colors.
  • Custom orders of any product are not returnable.
  • Model closeouts, discontinued items, and floor models are not returnable.
  • Delivery charges are not refundable unless the product was defective or damaged when received by the client. If the defective or damaged product must be picked up for return, return delivery charges for the pick-up will not apply.
  • For Massage Lounger, return shipping fees consistent with our manufacturer’s policy will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

CUSTOMER CONSENT:

  • Customers should prominently display RA # on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
  • The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to floridianbrandmassagechairs.com.
  • The customer agrees to use only reputable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) capable of providing tracking numbers and proof of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges back to floridianbrandmassagechairs.com.
  • The customer should ensure that all returned products are 100% complete, in a re-saleable condition, and include original packaging material, manuals, and other accessories provided by floridianmassagechair.com.
  • If any component of the returned product is missing, floridianbrandmassagechairs.com’s Return Procedure will be breached, and floridianmassagechair.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges (i.e., a 0-30% restocking fee depending on the make and model of the product) against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURNS:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
